Price transparency
Flight prices are live and can change until the ticket is issued. Before you authorize payment, your representative should tell you the total amount to be charged, including airfare, taxes, supplier charges, and any FlightsFront service fee.
Airline and supplier charges
Airfare, taxes, seat fees, baggage fees, fare differences, change penalties, cancellation penalties, refund eligibility, and schedule changes are controlled by the airline or travel supplier.
FlightsFront service fees
FlightsFront may charge a service fee for booking assistance, complex itinerary support, post-booking support, changes, cancellations, or refund assistance. Any service fee must be disclosed before you authorize the service or payment.

Add your real fee schedule here. If a fee varies, explain the range and what causes it to vary. Do not advertise “no hidden fees,” “free cancellation,” or “guaranteed refund” unless those statements are true and fully supported by your terms.

Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on airline or supplier rules and applicable law. Some tickets are non-refundable. If a refund is available, processing may take time and may be subject to airline/supplier rules and any service fee disclosed before purchase.
24-hour cancellation
Some itineraries may qualify for a 24-hour cancellation rule depending on airline, country, route, booking timing, and supplier. Ask your representative to confirm whether your itinerary qualifies before purchase.
