1. Our role

FlightsFront provides independent travel assistance and may help travelers search, compare, and request bookings through airlines or travel suppliers. FlightsFront is not an airline and does not operate flights.

2. No guaranteed availability or price

Flight availability, fare rules, baggage rules, taxes, schedules, and prices are controlled by airlines and travel suppliers. Prices are not guaranteed until the ticket is issued.

3. Traveler responsibility

You are responsible for confirming traveler names, dates, route, passport/visa requirements, transit requirements, baggage needs, fare rules, and total price before authorizing purchase.

4. Payments

Before payment, FlightsFront must disclose the total amount to be charged, including airfare, taxes, supplier charges, and any FlightsFront service fee. Do not provide payment information unless you understand and accept the price and terms.

5. Changes, cancellations, and refunds

Changes, cancellations, and refunds are subject to airline/supplier rules and any applicable service fee disclosed before the service is performed. Some tickets may be non-refundable or may require fare differences and penalties.

6. Travel documents and entry requirements

Travelers are responsible for passports, visas, transit documents, health requirements, and compliance with airline/government rules.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to make false, speculative, fraudulent, or unauthorized booking requests and not to misuse this website or phone service.
